Our garden is producing enough leafy greens to keep all the Vitamix owners in town busy this year, so in honor of lettuce, spinach, arugala, and baby greens, I put together this short video to show you how to make a super simple salad dressing.
All you’ll need? A good quality virgin olive oil, vinegar (just not made with malt), fresh garlic, honey (or other sweetener), mustard, and your favorite herbs and spices. Easy!
