Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Janelle Holden, I work exclusively with clients who struggle with food sensitivities, losing weight and body image, and I help people overcome emotional eating and control their diets so that they can feel and look their best.

My clients typically have one or more of the following challenges:

  • Celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or food sensitivities.
  • A history of disordered eating.
  • Panic attacks and anxiety related to their health conditions.
  • Poor body image.
  • Physical symptoms related to stress.
  • Weight gain and emotional eating.
  • Feeling stuck or trapped in their body and in their life.

I’ve designed unique individual coaching packages for people with these challenges. My clients are located across the United States and Canada because I offer phone and e-mail coaching and related curriculum. Distance is not an issue in getting you the help and results you are looking for.
